ATP Partners with Fairfax County Public Schools....

To all of our business partners and students, ATP Training (an AllTransPack Inc. Company) is very proud to announce that working with the Fairfax County Public School System (FCPS), Continuing Education Department of Virginia, we are now offering additional training courses not only for our current business partners and students but to potential new business partners and the general public as well.

The courses being offered through our partnership with FCPS are "Hazardous Materials-the Basics " and do fulfill training requirements required by The 49 CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) section 172-700 subsection H that mandates training for any individual that may come in contact with hazardous materials knowingly or unknowingly. This law applies to all government agencies and commercial industry where shipping and receiving are involved. It can also pertain to any screening activities that may be formed by various companies or agencies that include any mode of transportation.

These courses are a great first step in a continuing education program to help you and your company become more proficient in the "Safe" handling of Hazardous Materials (Dangerous Goods) in transportation.

We encourage old as well as new hires of any company or agency in government that do warehouse handling, mailroom handling, shipping, receiving, airport handlers, TSA agents to name a few to take advantage of these courses in the continuing education environment.

Those individuals who are interested in attending the "Hazardous Materials-The Basics" course can see via our website the course description or can go directly to http://www.fcps.edu/aceclasses for course description as well.
